PESTILENCE: Live Album From Long-Defunct Dutch Death Metallers Surfaces

Metal War Productions has just released a live album from the long-defunct Dutch extreme metallers PESTILENCE, entitled "Chronicles of the Scourge". The collection includes two live shows: Zeche in Bochum, Germany on November 18, 1988 and Kix Festival in Veghel, The Netherlands on June 24, 1989. According to a press release from Metal War, "this killer release has been made possible with full permission and cooperation of Martin Van Drunen [ex-PESTILENCE frontman] himself! He has been working with us on this idea from its ghastly conception to the grotesque reality it has become." Metal War Productionsmailorder customers will receive a bonus rehearsal disc with their order, limited to 1,000 copies.
